01 / The resident arranges the visit
The resident signs in, chooses the visit pattern, enters guest and companion details, and adds the housing unit and gate instructions. The visit appears in the upcoming-arrivals list.

Three people. One visit record. Here is how residents, gate officers and estate managers use SigmaAccess Home.
The resident signs in, chooses the visit pattern, enters guest and companion details, and adds the housing unit and gate instructions. The visit appears in the upcoming-arrivals list.

The officer finds the expected visit, reviews the host and instructions, verifies the person through the estate’s gate procedure, and records check-in for the visitor and each companion.

Visitors checked in but not checked out appear on the on-premise list. Domestic staff have their own access records. Accurate lists depend on officers recording each arrival and departure.

The gate officer records check-out. Managers can review the access history, timestamps and responsible officers to understand how the visit was handled.

We agree the scope, configure your estate and housing units, create administrator and resident accounts, and train your team remotely. Setup and training are included with a contract of at least two years from the outset; one-year contracts carry separate charges. Physical training costs are paid by the client. We agree your rollout timeline after reviewing your estate’s requirements.
Both approaches depend on officers recording arrivals and departures. SigmaAccess Home brings expected visits, check-in and check-out into a shared web record. This is a workflow comparison, not a measured customer outcome.
