Your licence includes hosting in the EU, security updates and support. Support is available Monday–Friday, 10:00–20:00 UTC. There is no published uptime percentage or support response-time guarantee.

SigmaAccess Home has an annual fee based on both resident and housing-unit counts. No minimum estate size is required. A minimum annual fee applies; the amount is confirmed in your quote.

A contract of two years or more agreed from the outset includes setup, estate configuration and remote training in the annual fee. With a one-year contract, setup and training are charged separately. Any physical training costs are handled by the client.

Add services where you need them
Backups are a paid add-on, with weekly and monthly schedules as standard options. Other schedules may attract an additional fee. Existing-data import is a paid service whose fee may be waived by agreement. Data export is free on request. Alternative hosting regions are considered at an additional cost.
Interface translation at no extra charge
English is available now. Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, Modern Standard Arabic, French, Bengali, Portuguese, Russian and Indonesian interface translations are free on request. Timelines are agreed when requested; many languages can be delivered within three weeks. Other languages may also be free, depending on complexity. Sales support and training remain in English.
