SigmaAccess Home is a web application for visitor and access records in residential estates. Residents register expected visits, gate officers record arrivals and departures, and managers review activity. It requires an internet connection.

## Arrivals start with the resident.

Single visits, consecutive days, weekly and monthly visits: residents register guests and companions before arrival, with a destination and instructions. Gate officers can find the expected visit instead of piecing together messages.

## One record from arrival to departure.

Check each visitor and companion in and out separately. The on-premise list shows recorded arrivals that have not checked out, while the history identifies the officer and time for each action.

## Estate life beyond the entrance.

Keep domestic staff profiles and access histories together. Let residents request shared facilities, with conflict checks and approval decisions that make the booking process easier to follow.

## SigmaAccess Office

SigmaAccess Office is in development. Join early access to help shape visitor management for offices and places of work, wherever your team is based.
