## Register visitors before they arrive

Choose single, consecutive-day, weekly or monthly visits. Add companions, vehicle details, destination and instructions so the gate team has the visit context in one place. Hosts can edit a visit before check-in.

## Record arrivals and departures individually

Gate officers check visitors and companions in and out separately. Search expected arrivals, review on-premise lists, and trace entries and exits by attendant and timestamp. The record supports accountability; officers still verify and admit people.

## Keep household staff records current

Residents register domestic staff with a photo, designation, live-in status, next-of-kin details and gate instructions. Deactivated or terminated staff leave the active gate lists, helping officers work from current records.

## Give shared facilities a clear booking process

Residents request a facility for a start and end time. Duration limits and approved-booking conflict checks reduce double booking. Managers approve or decline with a reason; residents receive the decision by email.

## Manage estates, units and resident occupancy

Configure estates and housing-unit types, assign residents to one or more units and record move-in dates. The estate office has a shared structure instead of separate property and resident lists.

## Make responsibility visible

Five configurable administrative roles and 19 permissions control access to Home. Activity records identify who handled check-ins, cancellations, account changes and booking decisions. Managers can follow an action back to its source.

## Know what is outside the standard product

Home needs an internet connection. It does not currently offer offline gate operation, native mobile apps, online payments, ID scanning, biometrics or hardware gate control. Integrations are in the pipeline. Data imports are a paid service, which may be waived by agreement; data exports are free on request.

The application, sales support and training currently use English. Free interface translation is available on request for supported languages.
