Practical answers for estate managers and residents’ associations evaluating SigmaAccess Home.

## Who is SigmaAccess Home for?

Residential estates, gated communities, residents’ associations and estate management companies. It is available globally, with Nigeria as our primary market. There is no minimum estate size; a minimum annual fee applies.

## How is pricing calculated?

The annual quote combines resident and housing-unit counts. Hosting, security updates and support are included. Backups are a paid add-on. Setup and remote training are included for contracts of at least two years from the outset, and charged separately for one-year contracts.

## Does the gate need internet access?

Yes. SigmaAccess Home is a responsive web application and requires an internet connection. Offline gate operation is not currently supported.

## Can I try the software before buying?

Yes. Request demo access to receive separate resident, gate officer and estate manager logins by email. The shared demo is at demo-home.sigmaaccess.com and resets every day at midnight UTC. Use fictional information only.

## Can we import or export data?

Importing existing records is a paid onboarding service; the fee may be waived by agreement. Data exports are free on request and are not a self-service feature by default.

## Can the interface use another language?

English is available now. Free interface translation is available on request for Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, Modern Standard Arabic, French, Bengali, Portuguese, Russian and Indonesian. Other languages are assessed for complexity. Timelines are agreed on request; many take no more than three weeks. Training and sales support are in English.

## Does it operate barriers, scan IDs or take payments?

No. These are outside the current standard product, as are native mobile apps and biometric verification. Integrations are planned; confirm availability and scope before purchasing.

## Where is data hosted and how long is it kept?

Standard hosting is in the EU; alternative regions may be agreed at extra cost. Automatic deletion is disabled by default. Customers can enable it and choose a retention period.

## When is support available?

Monday–Friday, 10:00–20:00 UTC. Website demo and quote enquiries receive a response within two business days. We do not publish a customer-support response-time or uptime guarantee.

## How does Office early access work?

SigmaAccess Office is in development for workplaces globally. Individuals and organisations can register. Purchase within six months of launch to receive a lifetime 25% discount on all charges. A personal registration can qualify a workplace purchase. There is no confirmed launch date.

## How long does rollout take?

We agree your rollout timeline after reviewing your estate’s requirements. Setup includes estate configuration, accounts and remote training; scope and timing are confirmed before work begins.

The application, sales support and training currently use English. Free interface translation is available on request for supported languages.
